The EYE is Island Pacific's data warehouse in which users can customize their own unique database(s) of historical data.  Users can define their own formulas, reports, and inquiries, create their own views (spreadsheets) over that historical data, and even define 'desktop database(s)' of data to be downloaded to the PC.

Once you decide to use The EYE the system will begin to collect historical data in exactly the way that you have designed the system to do!  As time goes on and your customized database(s) are populated, that data becomes more and more valuable.

However, especially if you're a new Island Pacific User, you may not want to wait on accessing that great historical data.  Perhaps you have a good amount of historical data now that you'd like to have converted into The EYE as soon as possible.

Currently, there is no IP-provided utility to load historical data into The EYE.  That is where Lauzau And Associates can help.  We have successfully loaded several customers' historical data into The EYE database so that each customer could begin using The EYE now, rather than having to wait for the system to collect enough historical data to be useful.
